Recertification – Required for all PIs and study team members engaged in human subjects research. Currently, PIs must complete recertification within five years of their initial HSR compliance training, and then complete recertification every five years. Effective March 1, 2016, PIs will be required to complete HSR training recertification every 3 years, and then complete recertification every three years.
