Muaz Alrazzak, M.D.

Dr. Alrazzak specializes in pediatric hematology and oncology in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute in St. Petersburg, Florida. He joined the hospital staff in 2024. He was previously an attending physician in pediatric hematology and oncology and chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Palm Beach Children’s Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida. He earned his medical degree from University of Aleppo in Syria. He completed a pediatric residency at Miami Children’s Hospital, followed by a fellowship in pediatric hematology and oncology at State University of New York at Buffalo. He speaks English and Arabic.

Jonathan Metts, M.D.

Dr. Metts specializes in pediatric hematology/oncology in the Johns Hopkins All Children's Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. He joined the hospital in 2016. He received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital through the University of South Florida Morsani School of Medicine. Dr. Metts then trained at Emory University School of Medicine as a pediatric hematology/oncology fellow.

Isaac Hauk, PA-C

Isaac Hauk is an advanced practice provider in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. He joined the hospital staff in 2008. Hauk specializes in outpatient and inpatient pediatric hematology/oncology and is the manager and hiring manager of advanced practice providers. Hauk earned his Master of Physician Assistant degree from the University of Florida, College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida.

Morgan Melander is an advanced practice registered nurse who specializes in pediatric hematology/oncology in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She joined the hospital staff in 2016 as a registered nurse within the Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute and then transitioned to an advanced practice provider. Melander received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Florida, followed by a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Tampa.
