Appointments
Appointments can be made between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Prior to scheduling initial surgical consultation any medical records pertaining to diagnosis need to be faxed to the appropriate office. This includes: clinic notes; lab results (blood/urine tests); radiology reports (Ultrasound/CT/PET Scan/Nuclear Medicine); fine needle aspiration (biopsy) results and if applicable any previous endocrine surgery operative reports and surgical pathology reports.
