The Johns Hopkins Hydrocephalus Center evaluates and treats patients with all forms of adult hydrocephalus, including Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH), a condition in which cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) or “spinal fluid” accumulates within cavities called ventricles that are inside the brain.
Our specialized, multi-disciplinary team is highly-trained in recognizing patients with normal pressure hydrocephalus, obstructive hydrocephalus and congenital hydrocephalus.
