Do you suffer from Migraine or Severe Headaches? 
Are you healthy and without any pain disorders?
Would you like to participate in a research study?

Participation Includes:

  1. Completion of a written survey. 
  2. A physical and neurological examination
  3. Maintaining a headache calendar for a month
  4. Giving fasting blood samples at the baseline level of pain.

Johns Hopkins Intensive Meditation and Migraine Study: Effects on Health and Well Being
Participants:
Must have frequent migraines and be at least 18 years old.
Goal:
To assess the effects of a meditation program on your headaches and overall health
