We are currently:
- Comparing the effectiveness of distractible versus non-distractible cage technologies at maintaining long-term cervical lordosis after one and two level corpectomy.
- Assessing the immediate and long-term efficacy of minimally invasive approaches to ventral pathology of the cranial-cervical junction.
- Assessing the benefit of surgical resection with fusion on functional outcome and performance status in the treatment of metastatic epidural spinal cord compression.
- Evaluating the effect of instrumented fusion on the incidence of long-term mechanical neck and back pain after multi-level laminectomy of the cervical or thoraco-lumbar spine.
