Comprehensive Supependymoma and Ependymoma Research Center
Lead by Dr Henry Brem, this center conducts basic science, translational and clinical practice research to optimize current treatment options and developing new therapies to improve the care and lives of patients with these brain tumors.

The Johns Hopkins NIMH Center for Novel Therapeutics of HIV-associated Cognitive Disorders
JHU-NIMH Center for Novel Therapeutics of HIV-Associated Cognitive Disorders is funded by a grant from the NIMH. This lab is currently facilitating collaborative research in HIV-related neuroscience. Led by Dr Justin McArthur.

Neuromyelitis Optica Research Lab
The Johns Hopkins Neuromyelitis Optica Research Laboratory aims to understand the pathology of neuromyelitis optica (NMO), also known as Devic’s disease, with the goal of furthering prevention and treatment of this neuroinflammatory condition. Led by Dr Michael Levy.

Spinal Column Biomechanics and Surgical Outcomes Lab
The Spinal Column Biomechanics and Surgical Outcomes Lab aims to improve the neurological and functional capacity of patients undergoing surgery for spinal disease. Led by Dr Ali Bydon

The Morris K. Udall Parkinson's Disease Research Center of Excellence
The primary goal of the Udall Centers is to develop new clinical treatments for Parkinson's disease. Led by Dr Ted M. Dawson.
