Program Alumni

The Neurosciences Critical Care Fellowship Program at Johns Hopkins has pioneered post-graduate training since the early 1980s and continues to be the leading program in this sub-specialty training. As of 2007, the Johns Hopkins program has trained 44 physicians with backgrounds in Neurology, Anesthesiology-Critical care Medicine, Neurosurgery, and Internal Medicine; the most in the subspecialty of neurocritical care. Graduates of the fellowship program have assumed leadership roles in leading institutions as directors of neurocritical care programs, chairs of departments, established research investigators, institute directors and key positions in professional societies related to neurocritical care.
