Project RESTORE

Project RESTORE is a collaborative team leading the battle against multiple sclerosis, transverse myelitis and neuromyelitis optica.

Project RESTORE offers a means for patients, families, friends and other donors to support research that can help:

  • REcover function for patients.
  • STOp progression of disease and disability.
  • REgenerate nerve cells and myelin.

Project RESTORE helps scientists gain access to the resources and expertise at Johns Hopkins, where research and clinical care develop together and inform one another’s progress.

In an interview with Multiple Sclerosis News Today, Johns Hopkins expert Ellen Mowry, M.D. has words of encouragement for MS patients and talks about future directions for research.
