Ask The Expert

The Patient Education Series, Ask the Expert, is an opportunity for patients, families, staff and visitors to ask questions and receive handouts on a given topic. No reservations are needed. All programs will be held in the 1st floor Weinberg Lobby unless otherwise noted.

Who Helps You Make Medical Decisions?

Who will make medical decisions for you in the event you are unable to do so? Have you prepared a Health Care Power of Attorney and named a Health Care Agent? Stop by Weinberg 1210 for information about an advance directive, living will and selecting a health care agent, or call 410-955-8934.

This free yearly conference is designed to address your unique needs, as a cancer survivor or caregiver.  Lunch will be served at noon followed by informative workshops designed specifically for patients and their caregivers.  This second annual conference will include an inspirational luncheon presentation about future cutting edge cancer treatments.  Make plans now to join us!

Education and Resource Rooms

The Education and Resource Rooms offer patients and families access to resource information and educational materials in the forms of books, pamphlets, videos, DVDs and through Internet access. Open daily 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Patient and Family Services Education and Resource Room

Located in the Harry J. Duffey Family Patient and Family Services Program, Suite 1210. We appreciate and gladly accept any donations of books, DVDs and additional resources related to cancer and its treatment.

Patient Education Resource Room

Located on the 2nd floor of the Weinberg Building in the Outpatient Infusion waiting room.
