Patient On-Demand Video List

As a courtesy to all of our patients, Johns Hopkins Hospital offers a complimentary Patient Education Video On-Demand System. These video can be viewed at no charge in the patient's room or in the outpatient clinics.

In order to request a patient education video from the patient's bedside:

1. Pick up the bedside phone.
2. Dial 2-7250.
3. Follow the instructions.
4. The video will begin playing immediately on the specified television channel.

In order to request a patient education video from a house phone:

1. Dial 2-7250.
2. Press "111111" when asked to enter your Staff ID.
3. Press "1111" when asked to enter your 4 digit pin number.
4. Follow the instructions.
5. Turn the TV to the specified channel and the video will begin playing momentarily.
6. The list of available videos is routinely updated and can be found on Channel 59 of the Hospital television system.
