Ms. Caroline Loeser, a high school senior at the John Carroll School in Bel Air and college-bound dancer, coordinated and produced a free dance concert, Dancing for Cancer, held at her high school to raise money and awareness for cancer patients and their families at Johns Hopkins. Motivated by the courage of two of Caroline’s high school classmates who were fighting cancer, Dancing for Cancer brought together over 60 dancers from 10 dance studios across the region for the cause. The event raised $3,080. Proceeds from this event benefit the Patient and Family Fund at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
