60 Laps for 60 Years

A benefit for The Johns Hopkins Patient and Family Fund

Viki Anders has worked at Johns Hopkins for almost 28 years and is currently a nurse practitioner for Hematology/Oncology and the Graft Versus Host Disease Clinic Coordinator. She established The Johns Hopkins Patient and Family Fund in 1995 when she raised money by swimming 28.5 miles around Manhattan Island.

Viki's next challenge is a 1500 yard butterfly swim on April 11, 2010 to celebrate her 60th birthday and to continue her dedication to raise money for The Johns Hopkins Patient and Family Fund.  This fund assists needy cancer patients and their families with expenses not covered by medical insurance as they undergo treatment.

Tax deductible donations can be made out to “Johns Hopkins Medicine” with “60 laps” written on the check.

Please send checks to:
Barry Miller
401 N. Broadway
Weinberg Building, Suite 1210
Baltimore, MD 21231.

100% of the money goes directly to cancer patients.
