Dr. Juon’s research is focused on cancer control among minority population in developing and testing culturally integrated educational materials to increase breast and cervical cancer awareness in Asian American community. Current studies include Asian American Liver Cancer Education Program to develop and evaluate a community-based liver cancer educational intervention to increase liver cancer awareness among high risk groups of Hepatitis B infection including Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese.
