In the wake of the collapse of Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge on March 26, 2024, we at Johns Hopkins Health Plans offer our support to all who are affected by this disastrous event. We would like to remind our providers of resources in place at Johns Hopkins Health Plans that may be helpful during this time.

• Care Management Services: Available to all Johns Hopkins Health Plans members. Please send us your referrals by calling us at 800-557-6916, Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Voicemail messages received after normal business hours will be addressed the following business day. • Telemedicine Services: Telemedicine services are covered with participating providers in our network. Johns Hopkins OnDemand Virtual Care is another telemedicine/virtual care option for members; this option gives adult and pediatric members access to care for minor, urgent health care needs, using a mobile app, a computer or tablet from the convenience of the member’s home or anywhere they may travel in the United States. The service is available 24/7 for Advantage MD, Employer Health Programs and Priority Partners members and from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays and all weekend for US Family Health Plan members.
• Mail Order Pharmacy Services: Our pharmacy team’s priority is helping your patients get the medication they need when they need it. It’s easy to e-prescribe your mail service prescriptions to CVS Caremark® Mail Service Pharmacy. Mail service is convenient and usually the most cost-effective way for members to receive medications. For e-prescribing questions, call 877-864-7744, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (ET).
• Medicaid Services for the Uninsured: As a reminder, eligible uninsured patients may enroll for Medicaid/Priority Partners benefits via Maryland Health Connection:
