Filing a Complaint

Employees or job applicants who believe that they have been discriminated against should bring these matters to the attention of the Office of Workforce Diversity as soon as possible. All persons filing a complaint will be asked to complete an EEO Intake Form outlining the reasons why they feel they have been harassed or discriminated against.

Employees may discuss their concerns with the Office of Workforce Diversity or, if they prefer, anyone in their management reporting chain. 

Managers who receive inquiries or complaints about discrimination and/or harassment should refer these inquiries immediately to the Office of Workforce Diversity.

How to File a Complaint

  1. Complete an EEO Intake Form.
  2. Review the form with your supervisor or a representative from the Office of  Workforce Diversity.
  3. Following an HR review, you’ll be notified of the decision and/or proposed recommendations.
  4. If you disagree with the decision or proposed recommendations, please contact the Office of Workforce Diversity.
