The Organization Development & Training team provides extensive training opportunities to JHH/JHHS employees who are in leadership positions.
These training programs, called cohorts, are mandatory for all newly hired or newly promoted managers and supervisors. Employees in lead positions can enroll themselves, with their supervisor’s approval.
