Submission Information

Submissions for IBC review should be mailed, faxed or otherwise delivered to the Biosafety Office at the following address:

Because of the nature of the submission, the IBC requires the investigator to submit 14 copies of any Gene transfer or Pathogens in Human Subjects study.
