Symphony of Lights Drive Through

Drive Through

Experience the treasured holiday tradition of the Symphony of Lights as you view the display of more than 100  larger-than-life light creations, illuminated by a fantasy of color, design and animation. In 2016, drive through visitors will enjoy all new LED lights, new light displays in addition to your traditional favorites, a new laser light show and 3-D holiday video!

The Symphony of Lights is the largest annual fundraising event benefitting Howard County General Hospital, the only hospital in Howard County. Thank you for your support!

Dates

Monday, Nov. 23, 2016 - Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017
Open 5 days a week, Wednesdays-Sundays, 5:30-10 p.m., including holidays.
CLOSED to drive-through traffic on Mondays and Tuesdays.
CLOSED December 31st for the Midnight at 7 event.

Location

Symphony Woods, Columbia, MD (use Merriweather Post Pavilion entrance off South Entrance Road)

Directions

From Points South:
Interstate 95 North to route 32 West. Route 32 west to Route 29 North. Route 29 North to Exit 18B (Broken Land Parkway). Continue through 2 lights and make a right onto Little Patuxent Parkway.  Continue through 2 lights and make a right onto South Entrance Road. Turn right into the drive with signage for Merriweather Post Pavilion and Toby’s Dinner Theatre. The entrance to the Symphony of Lights is located to the right.

From Points North:
Interstate 95 South to Route 100 West. Exit at Route 29 South. Once on Route 29 South, continue past Route 175, move to far right-hand lane. Watch carefully for sign saying S. Entrance Road/Merriweather Post Pavilion (it is a service road) and bear right to follow that exit/service road. Turn left into the drive with signage for Merriweather Post Pavilion and Toby’s Dinner Theatre. The entrance to the Symphony of Lights is located to the right.

Tickets

New in 2016: credit cards will be accepted at the gate. Cash is also accepted. ATMs are not available on-site.
