The Wellness Center provides detailed instruction and guidance to help individuals prepare for labor and delivery as well as post partum expectations and care. Additionally, prenatal programs provide nutrition and healthy pregnancy information and subsequent classes are available on helpful child-rearing topics, such as infant massage, soothing a crying baby and positive parenting.
