Weight no more! Kick-start individual lifestyle changes, including diet and exercise, to help you reach a healthier weight. Receive personalized dietary guidance by a registered dietitian. Class meets twice a week for eight weeks: Tuesdays to learn about a feature topic in nutrition and Thursdays to participate in gentle yoga.
