The Johns Hopkins Department of Health Care Transformation and Strategic Planning is responsible for developing an enterprise wide strategic plan for Johns Hopkins Medicine and for providing leadership as the organization transforms itself in response to health reform and other external factors. The Strategic Plan is designed to support the continuation of our tripartite mission and prepare the organization for the challenges over the next five years.
