Multidisciplinary Fibroid Clinic
The Johns Hopkins Fibroid Center offers a Multidisciplinary Fibroid Clinic. Evaluations for fibroid patients will include comprehensive, simultaneous consultations with Dr. Stacey Scheib from Gynecology and Dr. Kelvin Hong from Interventional Radiology.
This clinic is available to a select group of patients. Those patients selected will be evaluated by both physicians and an individualized treatment plan to treat and manage their fibroids will be created. To register for a Multidisciplinary Clinic consultation, please complete this questionnaire form for Dr. Scheib’s review. You must fax back to 410-614-8640. You will be contacted in person by Dr. Scheib’s office regarding eligibility and scheduling.
