To be effective, Infliximab has to be administered intravenously over a two-hour period.

The Johns Hopkins Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology has an infusion center at its office in Green Spring Station. That location offers several benefits for patients, including:

  • Free parking
  • A convenient location
  • An outpatient setting
  • A comfortable infusion room with lounge chairs, television and Wi-Fi
  • The services of experienced, specialized nurses and doctors
  • Bottled water and snacks

Family and friends can wait in a comfortable waiting area or take advantage of the shops and restaurants in the building and in the Green Spring Station complex.

The infusion center accepts all patients who need infusions, whether or not they are being treated by Johns Hopkins physicians. Our staff will work closely with your doctor to coordinate care and ensure that the doctor is up to date on your infusions.
