Johns Hopkins Emergency Medicine Fellowships

International health work is an important part of emergency medicine at Johns Hopkins.  Our faculty, fellows and residents have participated in international work and programs around the world.  The Department of Emergency Medicine has formed a partnership with the Department of International Health in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health to create the Center for Refugee and Disaster Response, a leading research and training center for the response to disasters and complex humanitarian emergencies.

EMS with academic abilities
  
Description:

Combined program of administration,
incident command experience, teaching
and scholarship. Direct field experience
with law enforcement special operations,
critical care ground & air transport,
and mass gatherings. Training and
operational support for US Secret
Service, Immigration and Customs
and MD State Police.

Description:

Scholarship training in medical legal and
health policy issues, particularly as they
pertain to Emergency Medicine.

Placement in Law Office or Hospital Legal Department.

Placement in Legislators Office (State or Federal.)

Developed Didactic Program Training in, and experience as,
expert witness.
