But we are also passionate about teaching emergency medicine to residents and students. Faculty careers vary from a purely clinically-based practice at Howard Country, to PhD and physician researcherswith all career paths in between. Since 1974, Hopkins has graduated over 200 residents. Well over three quarters have risen to leadership positions, in various walks of life ranging from academia, politics, health care, and business.
