Adrian Dobs, M.D., M.H.S.

Dr. Adrian Dobs’ research and clinical interests include sex hormone disorders, metabolic abnormalities associated with HIV infection, clinical trials and general endocrinology. She is an active investigator in the field of male gonadal function and hormonal changes that occur with aging.

She is a recipient of the Davidoff Award for Clinical Teaching at Montefiore Medical Center, the Stetler Foundation Research Award for Women Physicians, and the David M. Levine Excellence in Mentoring Award at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Dr. Adrian Dobs is a professor in the Department of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism and the Department of Oncology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine

Dr. Dobs earned her M.D. at Albany Medical College in Albany, N.Y.  She completed her residency in Internal medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she also served as chief resident. Dr. Dobs then came to Baltimore to complete her fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (Carnegie‑Mellon Fellow in 1984-1985), joining the faculty after completing of her training. She earned her master’s degree in cardiovascular epidemiology in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
