Lynda McIntyre, R.D., L.D.

Lynda McIntyre is a clinical dietitian specialist at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She also serves as nutrition consultant at the Sibley Hospital Center for Breast Health in Washington, DC. In addition, she serves on the professional board of the Wellness Community Program of Greater Washington.

Covering a wide range of topics, Ms. McIntyre has authored or co-authored a number of publications. She has presented lectures to professional and public audiences nationally and internationally on a variety of nutrition, cancer and health-related topics.  

The Maryland House of Delegates honored Ms. McIntyre with recognition for her "outstanding success and dedication to improving the health of the citizens of Maryland."  Additionally, she was appointed by the governor of Maryland to a counsel to research and present recommendations for cancer prevention strategies for the state.

Ms. McIntyre received her bachelor of science from Seton Hill University, Greensburg, Pennsylvania.  In addition, she is a member of the American Dietetic Association and is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer.
