Dr. Chen was pleasant and professional. She was thorough and really seemed interested in getting my eye issues resolved that day if possible. She reached out to the retina specialist to see if he could see me, which he did.

She was very professional but approachable. She appeared to be very knowledgeable. This was my first time with her as my eye doctor. Nurses are not assigned to this setting so could not answer some questions. She requested a follow up appointment so two tests can be done on Jan.2 to see if I may have an eye condition. I received a print out of results of my visit two days ago. I am very happy at the juncture with the provider.
