          She listened carefully as I described my symptoms. Ordered the appropriate tests and prescribed an antibiotic and an anti inflammatory for pain. She followed up with over the messaging app several times over the next few days. All in all I was quite pleased with the level of attention I received.

          I really liked that she listened to my concerns, asked about previous occurrences of this condition and provided other options besides surgery. She appeared more knowledgeable and aware of newer best practices regarding my condition and that matters. She shared this information with me so that I felt more involved in decision making regarding my own health.
