Dr. Konrad L. Dawson is a plastic surgeon affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital, Howard University Hospital, Washington Hospital Center, Providence Hospital, Georgetown University Hospital, Washington Adventist Hospital and Fort Washington Medical Center. He is also a plastic surgery consultant for the National Cancer Institute and National Institutes of Health. Dr. Dawson is certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has a private practice in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Dawson earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College. He completed a residency in surgery at Wayne State University School of Medicine, as well as a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Georgetown University School of Medicine.

Dr. Dawson is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, as well as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons. He also serves on the board of trustees for the Metropolitan Day School in Washington, D.C. and has traveled to the Dominican Republic on several occasions to perform cleft lip and palate repair for underprivileged children.
