Dr. Jeffrey A. Becker is a pediatrician affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital and Children’s National Medical Center, where he is the director of outpatient cardiology. Dr. Becker is certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics. He practices out of Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Becker has an expertise in pediatric cardiology, specifically fetal echocardiogram, fetal magnetic resonance imaging and hypertension. His primary interests include non-invasive cardiac imaging and outpatient cardiology.
Dr. Becker earned his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Children’s Hospital National Medical Center. Dr. Becker previously served as a United States Army colonel for 20 years, as well as the chief of pediatrics and the chief of pediatric cardiology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Dr. Becker is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology, as well as a member of the North American Society for Cardiac Imaging.
Dr. Becker has been named a Super Doctor by the Washington Post Magazine.
Dr. Becker has contributed to numerous publications and research.
