Background
Dr. Kuddannaya received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. After his graduation, he joined Dr. Jeff Bulte lab at the Institute for Cell Engineering, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine for postdoctoral research in the area of progenitor cell-based therapy for ALS. Currently, he is a research faculty focusing on iPSC-NPC cell therapy and in vivo monitoring for ALS. Dr. Kuddannaya’s research interests are in the area of developing cell-based/cell free/biomaterial based therapies for CNS disorders and real-time in vivo imaging.
