Research Summary

Dr. Lowry’s pediatric research focuses on cystic fibrosis and drug-induced liver injury and she received a NASPGHAN Foundation Grant to support her research on genotype analysis. She has also focused on hepatomegaly detection on ultrasound, and its impact on screening for and diagnosing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
