Dr Michelle Lillian Ma listened to me and did not make me feel rushed at all. She was thorough, explained everything clearly, and created a plan for the future. I left feeling reassured that she understood my problem and was going to work to help me. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Ma, or Dr. Ma's nurse Is very quick to respond to questions I have through email. During our online appointments, she is personal and very professional. She takes time to review lab work that I have completed before my appointments. She also discussed the opposites I have regarding my medication dosage. Dr. Ma is proactive in ordering screening that she feels will better assess the health of my liver.

Dr. Ma and the fellow who saw me were very kind and understanding. It's hard because I came from out of state, which makes it difficult to provide care for me.
