Dr. Megan Ballard was very helpful and explained well.

Dr. Ballard is the best! I can't sag enough nice things. She put us at ease about our daughters recurrent ear infections, she didn't make us feel bad about not wanting to pursue tubes right away, she met us where we were, got us in for additional hearing tests, saw us even when we showed up late after going downtown instead of greenspring. Even my [age] old loves her. Wonderful doctor.

Our provider was great however, this is our first visit, but we learn more and two hours than we learnt in three years so with that said she was great.

Prompt, competent, gave great explanations and recommendations and had clearly reviewed chart ahead of visit.

Very thorough and thoughtful

We would highly recommend Dr. Ballard to anyone needing a pediatric ENT. She explained everything to us in a way we were able to understand and took the time to listen to our concerns and questions. We are very grateful to have her doing surgery on our son.

Dr Ballard and her team did and excellent job taking care of my son during his tonsillectomy, I'm forever thankful, my son has been doing excellent post surgery!!!

Dr. Ballard is a wonderful pediatric provider. Works to make kids feel comfortable in a scary situation, and is very reassuring for parents. One of the best doctors we've seen. Wish she was a GP so we could see her more

My son is always so anxious and usually cries easily at any Drs appt. That was not our experience with Dr Ballard. It was evident that she is experienced with children. My son had a very positive experience, and for that I am so appreciative.
