Laura was wonderful. My 2-year-old son has had terrible experiences with 2 other audiologist appointments at a different facility where we both walked away traumatized and exhausted. Our experience with Laura was nothing short of amazing. She was so kind, patient, and courteous with both of us. He cooperated so much better with her and it was 100% because of her calming demeanor, obvious expertise, and passion for what she does. I cannot thank her enough.
