Background
Dr. Houtan Chaboki is a facial plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital and George Washington University Hospital, where he is a clinical assistant professor of surgery. He is president of Potomac Plastic Surgery in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Chaboki has an expertise in cosmetic surgery; plastic surgery and facial plastic surgery; dermatology; facial rejuvenation, Botox, fat transfer and facial fillers; nasal surgery, including rhinoplasty and septoplasty; face lift, liquid face lift, brow lift and neck lift; chin surgery; and eyelid surgery including blepharoplasty.
Dr. Chaboki earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed a residency in head and neck surgery at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, as well as a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Chaboki is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, as well as a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, where he performs pro-bono cosmetic surgery for victims of domestic violence.

Dr. Chaboki has contributed to numerous publications and presentations, and instructs other physicians, both nationally and internationally, in facial plastic surgery fundamentals and more specialized techniques at George Washington University. His research interests includes aesthetic rhinoplasty and nasal surgery.
