This was my first visit with Dr. Jiang. She is the third assigned provider at the practice. Dr. Jiang seemed fine as a primary care physician. She was attentive and able to answer my questions and facilitated referrals that I needed.

This was my very first visit, and Dr. Haibing Jiang was very kind and made me feel that she genuinely cared about me and my health issues. She listened very intently to what I had to say and provided suggestions that can help improve my condition. I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Jiang and will come back to her as my new primary care provider. She was also very prompt to respond to my request. She is a doctor I will gladly refer to other people.

First, I want to say that whoever I spoke to when I called the office was very helpful. Within a few minutes I had a video appointment set up. Dr Jiang was very helpful, too. I had tested positive for covid and needed it all explained to me and also a prescription. I felt comfortable about what I needed to do and the likely course of the illness after the visit.

Dr Jiang is truly the best Dr I could have hoped for. She makes every effort to get to know her patient, very pleasant, very caring, very thoughtful, very thorough. If you come in anxious with high blood pressure, you leave calmly with lower blood pressure. She is easy to talk to, listens attentively. In all, she has the knowledge and compassion to make a real difference in keeping you healthy.

Dr. Jiang was very thorough in her examination. She was also very apologetic for the inordinate amount of time I had to wait. She confirmed I had a sinus infection, bronchitis and prescribed the appropriate medication. Dr. Jiang followed up a day later with a phone conversation which I appreciated and again apologized for the wait I experienced.

She was prepared and provided answers and a path for dealing with my condition.
