      The provider was great! She was one time, caring, respectful, and diligent. I'm happy she is my primary provider.

      This was out 1st time seeing Dr. Jacoby. She was thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate.

      Listened well. Took time and care to provide services for me, and support my other child who attended the appt with me. Noted that my child just had a virus. Two days later he still had high fevers and was diagnosed with a severe ear infection. I wish that this was "caught" at our appt.

      We never had this provider before but she was very nice and she listened and I was very happy with our visit.

      Excellent doctor she did everything she needed to took a little long for the flu shot but overall 8/10 appointment experience.
