Dr. Jackson was very thorough about my surgery and always answered my questions. Because of the confidence of performing the surgery, he put me at ease and felt confident and trust in the outcome. The morning of the surgery he again went over all the risks and made sure I understood everything before I signed papers. Dr. Jackson treated me with respect as a patient and not just like this was another surgery to do and that every patient was important.

Jackson was awesome. But I probably should have been referred to a Radiation oncologist instead.

Dr. Christopher Jackson is a phenomenal example of a compassionate, smart, dedicated, tremendous surgical skill and overall fantastic example of what you would want in a physician. My family and I feel extremely fortunate that he was assigned to my care. I said to Dr. Jackson myself as we rolled into the OR: "I am completely confident in you and place my life in your hands with no qualms." The next day on his rounds he said to me -- "it was an honor and a privilege to conduct your operation."

This was a self-referred consultation about a health issue. The provider was fine. However, he did not even look at one of the tests that I sent in and when asked, he dismissed the value of the test. I think it is a diffference of medical opinion, but I still think he should have been less dismissive of the test.
