I have been with Entaa Care for many years. This was my first visit with Dr. Guarjardo because she was available. I am so glad that happened. She was excellent and I will stay with her even if it is a long drive to Glen Burnie. I learned so much about my ear problem with her in one visit.

It was obvious on my visit that the E.R. was overwhelmed. Under the circumstances I thought the clinical team didnnt the best they could with the volume of triage patients. The "Nurse Manager,Clinical Nurse and Doctor", bedside manner was great.

I have not seen this physician before. My regular ENT was out of the office and she covered for him for my appointment. She was extremely nice and professional.
