The P.A. Cara, was thoughtful, listened to my answers carefully, explained her thoughts and recommendations thoroughly. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Good visit

I hesitate to make appointments because it takes so much time away from work and other responsibilities. This was very easy. I could work the video visit into my work schedule and it was just a few minutes to get the care and prescriptions I needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

She seemed competent, was friendly, easy to speak with, and was knowledgeable. It was easy to make the appointment and she followed up with an email after my xray was done. I was very happy with the care I received.

PROVIDER was most professional, knowledgleble, concerned and understanding. While discussing my COVID conditions/symptoms she explained the three options for treatment with advantages/disadvantages. Made certain all my questions were answered and offered additional help if required. Her bedside (video) manner was so pleasant I actually felt better after the visit and I was not feeling very well when we started.

The provider was nice, but the audio was choppy. Not sure if that was on my end or hers. I don't know how much access she had to my medical history - it didn't come up.

The sound on the provider's kept going in and out. I could not always hear or understand what was being said.
