Dr. Aboulafia took time to incorporate my concerns in prescribing a treatment plan. He explained each course of action patiently, and helped me understand the tradeoffs of each approach. In the end, I elected a hybrid approach to assertively do nothing, but to monitor the pain in my ankle to inform whether care should be escalated.

Very pleasant and humorous. His encouragement certainly boosts patient morale. He is a specialist so I don't get to see him often. I saw him three times since my surgery last year and each time I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. I do want to mention that the first part of the appointment was to have x-rays taken in the facility, reviewed by a radiologist and the doctor, and then the visit itself. That saved another trip for imaging.

The doctor and nurse practitioner were friendly and supportive. Both asked me several times if I had any questions. Results were not provided to me yet because we are waiting for the biopsy results.

Dr. A was excellent! He was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen, reviewed my x-rays, MRIs, and health notes to conduct a complete review of my situation and thoroughly explained everything in a way that I could understand. I love that he was interested in me outside of my health matters and we had a nice discussion.

This provider has the best bedside manner. He was very informative, caring, and made sure I knew I was OK before I walked out of the office. He should be an example of what is needed in the health field regarding providers.

Dr. Aboulafia is not only an excellent physician, he is a caring and attentive person. He has a charming personality and always puts me at ease.
