This is the location of the main offices for the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The Outpatient Center is on the main medical campus in downtown Baltimore, north of Fells Point and Harbor East.

Outpatient Center Renamed

The Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center is renamed the Levi Watkins, Jr., M.D., Outpatient Center, effective June 2023. Dr. Watkins was a pioneer in cardiac surgery and civil rights who died in 2015. Read more about Dr. Watkins.
