Department of Defense Multiple Sclerosis Research Program (MSRP)

Under Armour Women's Health & Breast Cancer Innovation Grant
Grant offers seed funding for research that leads to a change in the paradigm of women's health as related to breast cancer. Application deadline is June 1.

W. W. Smith Charitable Trust Program: Heart Disease, Cancer, and AIDS Research
Program funds basic medical research in the areas of Heart Disease, Cancer, AIDS and Juvenile Diabetes. Internal deadline is June 1.

Harrington Scholar-Innovator Award
This award supports research and drug development as well as non-financial support to help bridge the gap between basic research and clinical introduction. Proposals due June 1.

Department of Defense Peer Reviewed Cancer Research Program (PRCRP)
Program receives $50 million from the FY16 Defense Appropriations Act to support innovative, high-impact research in a variety of types of cancer. Proposals due June 8.

Edward Mallinckrodt, Jr. Foundation Research Grants
Foundation supports basic biomedical research with potential to significantly advance the understanding, diagnosis or treatment of disease. Internal deadline is June 15.

Lupus Research Institute - New Research Grants for Novel Approaches To Lupus
Institute invites applications for financial support for idea-driven, novel research projects relevant to basic, translational or clinical investigation in lupus. Application deadline is July 1.

Lupus Research Institute - Dr. William E. Paul Distinguished Innovator Awards in Lupus and Autoimmunity
Program offers support for novel research into the fundamental causes of lupus and so provide new directions toward a cure or prevention. Application deadline is July 8.

NIH Policy: Foreign Components Added to a Grant to a Domestic or Foreign Organization
NIH defines foreign components added to a grant and significant grant related activities needing prior NIH approval.
