Research Participant Financial Responsibility Information Sheet
All studies submitted to the JHM IRB after January 1, 2010 that require a PRA must use a separate Insurance and Research Participant Financial Responsibility Information Sheet.

Program establishes initiative for Cancer Research to support promising assistant professors in science that advances a cure for cancer. Internal deadline is June 6.

Harrington Scholar-Innovator Award
This award supports research and drug development as well as non-financial support to help bridge the gap between basic research and clinical introduction. Proposals due June 6.

Department of Defense Peer Reviewed Cancer Research Program (PRCRP)
Program receives $50 million from the FY16 Defense Appropriations Act to support innovative, high-impact research in a variety of types of cancer. Proposals due June 8.

Edward Mallinckrodt, Jr. Foundation Research Grants
Foundation supports basic biomedical research with potential to significantly advance the understanding, diagnosis or treatment of disease. Internal deadline is June 15.

Funding for Prostate Cancer Research
Program supports multidisciplinary research in prostate cancer with innovation and highest potential for clinical impact. Application deadline is June 20.

International Research Scholars Program
New colloboration by HHMI, the Bill & Melinda Gates Founation, the Wellcome Trust and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation to support early career scientists/physicians worldwide. Application deadline is June 30.

Lupus Research Institute - New Research Grants for Novel Approaches To Lupus
Institute invites applications for financial support for idea-driven, novel research projects relevant to basic, translational or clinical investigation in lupus. Application deadline is July 1.

Lupus Research Institute - Dr. William E. Paul Distinguished Innovator Awards in Lupus and Autoimmunity
Program offers support for novel research into the fundamental causes of lupus and so provide new directions toward a cure or prevention. Application deadline is July 8.

NIH Director's Early Independence Awards (DP5)
Awards intended to accelerate junior scientists' entries into independent research careers by forgoing the traditional post-doctoral training period.
Internal applications due July 11.
