Radiology Customer Service Center Changes The Radiology Customer Service Center's hours
of operation have changed. The new hours of operation are 7:00 a.m.
- 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Saturday
and Sunday. Although the hours of operation have decreased, the center
continues to provide the same outstanding services that its customers
have come to expect. Provisions have been made to handle true emergency
requests that occur during off-hours. The center's goal is to transition to a completely
electronic environment, ultimately eliminating the use of CDs and DVDs
for image transfers. In light of that goal, the center will be changing
its name to "eRadiology Center" to reflect this focus on electronic
