Fragment Analysis Facility

The Genetic Resources Core Facility is pleased to announce a new level of service and reporting format for cell line authentication services. The new cell line STR profile service includes a signed report for each cell line profiled which is suitable for proof of cell line authentication that may be required by journals and grant funding bodies. Our new level of service includes the report plus cross referencing your line's profile against repositories ATCC, DSMZ, and JCRB databases to check the authenticity of your cell line.
