Christine Stuppy

Vice President, Strategic Planning, Community Division, National Capital Region

Prior to Christine Stuppy's appointment as Vice President of Strategic Planning, Community Division, National Capital Region, she served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning at Sibley Memorial Hospital. Previously, she spent seven years with MedStar Health, now a ten hospital regional health system, in the areas of strategic planning and managed care. Prior to her time with MedStar, Ms. Stuppy worked in areas of capital accounting, hospital reimbursement and expense budgeting at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. Ms. Stuppy currently serves as the co-chair of the District of Columbia Hospital Association’s Information Services and Data Management Committee. Past roles outside of Suburban have included serving on the board of directors and finance committees of Iona Senior Services in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Stuppy received her Masters of Business Administration, with an emphasis in economics, from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University in Philadelphia. Her Bachelor's of Science in finance was earned from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
