Dr Brown has become much more attentive in the last years. Maybe she's allotted more time per patient, has become more patient herself, or has more experience working with elders and the need to speak slowly, loudly and repeatedly + work with family care givers. She used to be fast and focused on computer, but now she's more personable, makes more eye contact and looks at patient and family when speaking with them or listening to them. Her positive changes are much appreciated.

Dr. Brown is an excellent PCP. She is very knowledgeable. She understands my health issues, follows my history with other specialists and provides expert advice on latest age appropriate treatments. She is a caring physician which is hard to find these days.

Dr Laura Brown is a superb physician. I am truly fortunate to have her as my health care provider. She patient and takes time to listen to my concerns, answers my questions fully and is well versed on various options for medical care/treatment.

Dr. Brown and the technician were fine. I do wish someone had informed me about possible non-life threatening, but concerning side effects of the stronger flu vaccine that I received. I developed a non-itchy rash that was larger than a quarter. The typical sore arm lasted longer than one day, and I had swelling near the injection site. Someone should have told me to call immediately about these side effects. Fortunately, the effects lessened, but it would have been nice to be prepared. The handout I received didn't mention the side effects I experienced.

Dr. Brown reached out to me almost prior to my release from Suburban Hospital (where I was diagnosed and treated for a stroke)To setup a follow-up appointment during which she clarified the many test results. She also scheduled another follow-up appointment in office as well as a followup appointment with another physician whose office wouldn't let me make the appointment as I was instructed to do after my release fromSuburban.

My provider is a great listener and is very intelligent. I trust her and have been seeing her for more than 10 years.
